RwandAir Tops 2025 Ranking of Africa’s Best Regional Airlines
At the 2025 World Airline Awards, RwandAir picked up the title of Best Regional Airline in Africa for its exceptional service, safety, and reliability across East, Central, and Southern Africa. Royal Air Maroc and Airlink followed closely in second and third. The awards, based on millions of passenger votes, also recognized Ethiopian Airlines as the continent’s overall best for the seventh year running. Meanwhile, Air Mauritius was named the second-best airline in Africa for its top-tier service and international reach. With growing customer satisfaction and rising standards, these regional carriers are proving that great service doesn’t require crossing oceans.
