New Kanye West Documentary “In Whose Name?” Reveals Tense Confrontation With Kris Jenner Over Mental Health
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 19, 2025 – The new documentary In Whose Name? offers an unflinching look at Kanye West’s turbulent recent years, including a heated exchange with former mother‑in‑law Kris Jenner in which the rapper shouted that he would “rather be dead than be on medication.”
Directed by Nico Ballesteros, the film condenses more than 3,000 hours of footage shot over six years into a 106‑minute portrait of West’s personal and professional struggles.
